The Department of Education (DepEd) Region X has been recommended for the maintenance of its ISO 9001:2015 certification following a successful Surveillance Audit conducted by TรV NORD Philippines on July 31, 2025.
The audit was led by TรV NORD External Auditors Ms. Kristabelle B. Aguilar and Ms. Axly Rose D. Florentino who thoroughly assessed the Regional Officeโs (RO) compliance with the standards of the National Quality Management System (NQMS).
Supporting the audit process was the dedicated NQMS Secretariat, composed of Ms. Hannah Hasmin M. Caรฑa and Ms. Dorothy Aireen B. Lipit, who ensured the smooth coordination and documentation throughout the engagement.
The recommendation marks a significant milestone in the ROโs ongoing efforts to strengthen a unified and responsive quality management system across all levels of governance, in alignment with the principles of One DepEd, One QMS.
