
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, October 20, 2022 – DepEd Region X received recognition and appreciation for its Financial Accountability Reports (FARs) Best Practices at Bluewater Resort, Daorong, Panglao, Bohol.
Specifically, the Regional Office (RO) received certificate of appreciation for its invaluable knowledge, experience, and expertise on imparting its Best Practices in the preparation of Financial Accountability Report (FAR) Nos. 1 Statement of Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations, Disbursements, and Balances (SAAODB) and 1-A Summary of Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations, Disbursements, and Balances by Object of Expenditures (SAAODBOE).
On the other hand, the Office received certificate of recognition for its remarkable effort, dedication, and contribution to the timely submission of the FAR for the 2nd Quarter, CY 2022.
Regional Director Arturo B. Bayocot, CESO III, commended the RO personnel and the Finance Division for demonstrating collaborative efforts and outstanding performance.

DepEd NorMin Teachers passed the Sejong Korean Language Assessment of Batch 3 and Batch 4 Teachers of the Special Program in Foreign Language (SPFL)-Korean. DepEd NorMin Teachers passed the Sejong Korean Language Assessment of Batch 3 and Batch 4 Teachers of the Special Program in Foreign Language (SPFL)-Korean.
The Department of Education, through the Bureau of Curriculum Development-Special Curricular Programs Division, administered the language level test via an online platform on July 30 through the Korean Cultural Center (KCC).
The eight teachers who passed the language level test were Dia Marmi P. Bazar and Miracent A. Tanbelda from Misamis Occidental National High School, Oroquieta City; Honey Mae D. Gipala and Hannah Lyn Jean L. Flores from Cagayan de Oro National High School-Junior High School, Cagayan de Oro City; Angelica Christine B. Cabus and Ralph Anthony M. Pagayon from Valencia City National High School, Valencia City; and Jigg RL Gonzales and Christine Marie C. Calotes from Bukidnon National High School, Bukidnon.
The Language Course aims to develop the ability of the teachers to engage in meaningful interaction in a linguistically and culturally diverse global workplace.
