CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, 28 April 2026 – In a significant stride toward elevating public sector human resource standards, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region X conducted an on-site Assessment and Technical Assistance session at the DepEd Region X Board Room. The comprehensive evaluation focused specifically on the agency’s compliance with the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Maturity Level III indicators for the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) Pillar.
